Wife's hair dryer to the rescue. File that under things I never want to do again.
I used Zep heavy duty citrus degreaser to get the adhesive off and that worked out great with a scotch brite sponge.

My inspection appointment is on Tuesday, so in the meantime I figured I'd take a trip to the junkyard and see if there was anything I could use from the 2013 Charger they had. Ended up snagging the both sides of the interior b pillar trim for $21. I've seen these on ebay for ~$130 per side so I think I made out pretty well.

I'm still on the hunt for a center console and leather seats but I think I'm going to hold off until I get the rebuilt title before I sink the cash on those.
