I wish....
I get the tingling and serious hurt along with lack of feeling and grip. It sucks. But, at some point we'll find something that works or get cut open.

After almost two weeks, I can wholeheartedly recommend carpal tunnel release, if indeed, that's what you have.
I get stitches out tomorrow, and have 65% or so use of the hand. The only clincher is keeping it clean. No grinders and no motor oil makes for a lazy boy.
It supposedly is. Well see after all this craziness calms down. I want more confidence in the diagnosis before someone carves my Turkey.
In car news: it's pouring like piss out of a boot outside.
So, perfect wetsanding weather to try out tne 600!
that was the last of my energy today.

Sanding in the rain makes me laugh!
I wish I could say I knew how that panel looked.... Guess I'll be learning too.

Much as I hate to admit it, due to scope creep that's kind of my goal at this point. Not sure that's a good thing or not but it's what I'm doing.
Thanks y'all.
I may or may not be able to use the booth i had lined up. Guy's health is not good.
So i may be spraying in the driveway. Again.
Good thing I learned how to wetsand and buff paint!
That looks real nice. With as many clear coats as you said and color sanding afterwards it should be smooth as a baby's butt. While this neon is very cool I'll have to agree that 759NRNG is probably just as disturbed as you.
In reply to Stampie (FS) :
You know you hwve a secret neon fetish. Just embrace it and make it public!
And i figure that if i could save the paint on the miata, i can make this look good with bit of effort if we have to spray it in the gravel.
I have a question. How are you going to protect the paint while you build the car afterwards? Like tape heavy paper over all the panels?

that's "Mr. Disturbed" thank you very much .......MC you have reached a plateau with this(pre/paint) few of us can even contemplate......great work !!!!!!

Kinda the plan actually. Cardboard and painter's tape. The biggest thing is that panels won't go on until everything around them are reassembled.

You can be pissed its raining, or find a way to enjoy it. So i try to find a way....
And its still raining today. Apparently will be all week. So think of the water bill savings!
