You're welcome, and im a blessed father to have her enjoying this with me.
Dunno if she's ever going to do her own. But she likes helping me and hanging out.
Try the vinegar/dawn/warm water mix on your sun visor

That would drive me insane having two different sets of wheels on it
As I tell my ex wife, you were already there.

Is there a secret ratio on these ingredients for the desired cleaning results????
Jenn said 1/4 cup white vinegar, 1/4 cup warm water, and a few drops of dawn. Shake, put in spray bottle. Use to soak spot for a couple of minutes. Blot/wipe with microfiber towel is what we did.
that'll do. Rebuild the driver seat. Dye the floor mats, buid a good console out of the four i have, and interior is done.
Shouldn't have been that hard.....
I think my next trick is clean up shop, reset for roof repaint. And fix the shop winch.
Good lord that seat fabric is incredibly Radwood

Five concourse bonus points if you display it with the car during judging
In reply to NOHOME :
Trapper keeper was pretty much a three ring binder with a velcro flap and awesomeness. This is as close to the one i had as a kid that i can find. You should look them up and relive your kids childhood.

about two hours of work and it will be on the stand.
This car (E36 M3box) is too nice to be a parts car, but not nice enough to NOT be a parts car for the acr. Hopefully brap is able to take the whole thing with him instead of just the body sections he onows he needs.
it will settle to this ride height at some point.

Next is roof repaint, get drivetrain out of E36 M3box, clean shop.

Where are you finding all of these 1st gen neons? All i ever see are short track banged up junk. Your parts car is in better condition than anything i have seen in the last year.
In reply to Cuda :
North Carolina, south Carolina, and Georgia. Gotta be in the hunt to find them though. Mostly mislabeled, poorly advertised, and crappy communication from the sellers.
Look within 150 miles of Charlotte nc and you should fing good ones. Also join all the neon groups on Facebook. Again, gotta be in the hunt.
Awesome to see that it's a roller!! You've made a ton of progress!
In reply to HikerDan (Forum Supporter) :
Thanks! Its awesome to see it on the ground again. We're really proud of how it's coming.
Console was easy. Pulled all out of storage this morning. Cleaned with superclean and a scrub brush. The only other dark agate console i had was mint.
Rest go away.

The rate the pile of spare parts is growing is alarming.
