The back package tray was destroyed on this car. Had a new one made and I have it put in. Just waiting on the machine work now. Still need barrel clips to finish some emblems and need to finish installing the new headliner.

I had a candy apple red 1969 Torino Cobra fastback. It was a factory ram air car with a C6. It was a fun car to drive, if you liked going fast straight. Although, sudden stops or turns were not pretty.
In reply to Chesterfield :
My mom had one of those when I was a little kid. My brother and I loved it because "it sounded like a racecar" when she would get on the gas to merge onto the expressway. :)
I never appreciated these cars much, but after we got one in for prototyping suspension parts and driving it after, I love these cars. They looks great and you can pack some serious tire under them to deal with some big FE power.
When it comes time to do suspension work, hit me up and I'll see what I can do for you.
Block came back with a clean bill of health. Stroker kit time and the heads need to be put on order.
In reply to Nessumsar : small world I tried to get my car in as the test car when you guys were doing trials. I will be going with your guys suspension all around when you guys post 20% off for black Friday
In reply to Nessumsar : It's cool that you guys have started making stuff for big cars like the 1965-1966 Fords or 1959-1964 Chevrolets. Maybe the next on the list could be 1961-1964 full size Pontiacs? There's not much out there for these cars in the form of suspension upgrades, I think there's a market for them.

It's funny you mention that Stuart, I had a gentleman call me this morning looking for the same parts. Although I doubt we will venture into the BOP cars on that era.
Norma, let me know when you need something and I will get you setup.
Barrel clips finally showed up today. Got the emblems all on. Imgur is being frustrating and im having to screenshot all of my photos.
Went for a rip and filled her up with gas. Need to remove the front glass and get the car over to get the headliner stretched
Dash dye: sem colorcoat. Best E36 M3 ever for this.
If you can find the project living room eclb build thread, i did a whole how to years ago. Not on grm.
Motor came back clean with only a .30 bore. New heads should be in Monday and the stroker kit should be in sometime this week!
Finally found someone to stretch the headliner. Drove the car over to get the quote. Guys a month out on getting me in
Rotating assembly showed up today and the shop started working on checking the heads. Turns out the valve seats on the new aluminum heads were way to tight. Throwing a rod out of the hood would not have made me a very happy camper.
