1951 Crosley Hot Shot! in Chicagoland $2800

Barn Find vehicle. Good Floor pans. Odometer reads 38,000 or so miles and I have no reason to doubt it. Engine condition unknown. Nice package of spare parts includes another engine block and heads, 2 cranks, flywheel pressure plate. some NOS bearings and piston rings, 2 water pumps 2 fuel pumps. Will consider trade for a French or Italian car of the same condition

 I ogled the 'normal' Crosley when they show up on the local CL, but I've never seen a Hot Shot for sale before.

That thing looks like it was built by a first year shop class of high school kids.

I've seen Crosley Hotshots at vintage races before. That car seems pretty solid and looks like a cheap way to get involved with that kind of thing.

This is relatively close to me if someone wants eyes on it. But I don't know what I'd look for that isn't already pictured.

Wish I could justify that.  Been wanting one for ages, being a Cincinnati car.
