I think the price is a little high considering the condition. It is cool though. I recall seeing pictures of Richard Petty using a similar type hauler early in his career.

I agree on the price issue. This will need just about everything repaired
Yeah and just getting it unstuck and transported is going to be an issue for normal folks. A boy can dream though, nothing is cooler than a race car on the back of a ramp truck....
My friend picked this one up a few months ago. It is set up to hail an amusement ride which is on there now but I think with minor mods it would be a cool car hauler.
And then there's this

I used to own one of these that was an old USPS box truck. Hydraulic brakes (iirc) and really loose power steering meant stopping and steering were always a fun event.
That's a better deal. But highly unlikely it's a 390; probably one of the FT variants (330? Maybe 391?)
In reply to Datsun310Guy :
When I was really little my grandfather was the chief of the local department and they had a pumper with that Ford cab. I used to play in that truck all the time. I agree. From a young age those have been cool.

On my 5th birthday I got a red plastic Ford cab over flat deck with stake sides and a power tailgate (by crank), and it came with two yellow oil drums. The next day was Nov 22 1963. Even as a Canadian I remember that day and that toy.
