1993 Mercedes 190e rebuilt salvage title
Sportline trim, interior is rough, door panels are ok.
Has a ecotec LNF from a Pontiac Solstice, with a 5 speed ar5 in it. Has a new flywheel, clutch and pressure plate. Will come with ecu, bcm, and ignition cylinder with key. (These do not match the donor VIN)
Will come with other misc parts that i was using to try to get this project going, like radiators.
Has a rats nest of a wiring harness. I got to the wiring part of trying to get the LNF to run and wasn't able to figure it out.
Asking $1,700 OBO
Located in Findlay Ohio
My internet is slow, so I will be adding pictures later. If you want any specific pictures/videos let me know.

Man I was hoping you'd finish the swap.
Update
No longer for sale
Took a deposit today on the sale of the drivetrain. I am going to keep the shell, maybe put something else in it.

If you need some ideas, I know some documented swaps that are easier with part you can buy to make it a smoother process. Especially 4cyl

Thanks. I may have already bought a potential running and driving (with some issues) donor. I need to do some measurements to see if it will fit.
If I strike out there I will want some of those ideas.

What did you get?
In reply to yupididit :
2005 e320 cdi, there was a video I found online, with not much other info of a OM648 in a w201.

I can't wait to see the OM648 swap. Great engine going into a great chassis. Following for the build thread.
