I've got a '94 Miata, autotragic unfortunately, I'm using the vin plate, firewall vin & clear title for the guy that's buying my Exocet. Anyone interested in the rest of the car? Open to any offer, not a beer drinker, but good whiskey is always interesting :) Car is a turd, no misconceptions please, odo is broke, top leaks, etc., but runs and drives. I'll try to get pics this evening. Get a cheap start on a challenge car !
Note that using the VIN plate from a Miata to register an Exocet is not legal in most states. FYI.
They're not using that to register the car, but to show as a donor for the kit. I didn't keep the vin info from the actual donor several years ago, I was just planning on using the MSO to register it with.
Ah, usually you just need to show proof of ownership of the major parts parts like a bill of sale.
I'm guessing by your location the car is in GA?

I'm curious to know as well.
But really I don't need the car. If someone gets it and parts it out, I may be interested in the radiator and fans.

I need a heater control that has the AC function.
Don't know if the switch/button can be harvested or need the entire assembly?
Pete
Fun fact - they all have the switch, the only difference is the knob. You can pull the knob off, push on the shaft to turn the AC "on" and a little AC light will come on underneath. Even if the car was never fitted with AC. Put the knob back on and mess with the owner's mind.
So yeah, you just need the knob and it pops right off.
I'm up near Knoxville TN, and provided the Covidpocalypse gets under control, would love to have it. I have a lame brained idea of making aluminum hardtops for Miatas, and simply need a beater "cab" to build off of.
So, I guess I'm saying when do you need it gone by? We're more than a bit leery of traveling at the moment.
Yep, Chatsworth, GA, just east of Dalton, GA, right on I-75. No rush in getting it moved out. Definitely a beater cab lol. Thought about turning it into a rallycross car, but already got one and no time to play with it.
Haven't seen it yet, if you want to e-mail me directly, it's my username at the google mail :)

In reply to Keith Tanner :
That is kind of a fun fact. Thanks
Maybe I can drill a hole and make my own push button.
On a different note, good thing the car is on the wrong side of the border or I would be halfway to cutting the bottom out of the GT.
I'm always interested in projects. In for pictures.
Ok, Joe-L has laid claim to the mighty steed! Woo-hoo! Slowly cleaning out the yard :)
