Location: middle Tennessee (can deliver)
Price:
6k on the Penske,
5k on good bilsteins (still spec miata legal, and plenty fast IMO)
Well, I think I really need to thin the herd a little bit - I have 6 miata right now. I'm getting the place holder ad up now, and will be taking photos and updating the info tonight.
Here's the basics:
- New Penskes with 1 weekend on them
- Tech'd for 2025
- Strong engine, transmission, diff - no leaks.
- 5th gear synchro is weak, but 1-4 are great.
"Phil" is rough around the edges, but we just won overall and TREC6 at the TREC race w/ NASA @ NCM w/ it. Runs great, drives great. Just needs a new owner.
I'll need to go take some pictures, but I'll add them to this album:

PM incoming! I've been casually looking for one of these...

GLWS! Even without spares, that's a steal....like 2018-19 pricing.
Thanks guys! I'm sure I'll regret getting rid of it, but it's been really hard dealing with such a big herd - Even getting it down to 3 race cars will be a relief, I think.
Sorry for the delay, family event ran long and when I got home it was already dark.
E36 M3. Delivery available? To NorCal? I'm so glad you're over half way across the continent. This is a sparklin' deal. Great way to reduce the herd...
I'm guessing no trailer at that price. Can it be titled for the street?
I've updated the album with some more pictures. Belts are good through '25 and fire will need to be recertified for '26, but it's only ~100 to do so. It's got a super overkill fire system in it.

No trailer, just the Spec Miata - which is a good deal even "rough" (it's really not rough for a spec miata, just has a few hard edges). It's a bill of sale only race car, and even if you could drive it on the road, I don't think you'd want to!
In reply to rdcyclist :
lol, I can do NorCal, but I'd have to work out the cost.

My SM was more than that and it was "race ready", other than belts and nets...and then the engine blew.
This is an absolute steal of a deal. GLWS
wish I would started with this but where the fun in not having to rebuild a race car you just bought 😅

Also is that a Rossini engine? I.e it had the head work done to it? Even if it's got some miles on it that's still good to have!
In reply to Hoppps :
Oh man, that stinks - bottom end went or ??
Thanks! Yes, Phil has been the best I got my race license with him and then he just turned laps - I wish I could keep it around, but man, I'm just out of space.
And yep, it's Rossini built! I've had more than one competitor comment on it's "big end" speed, I managed to podium with it even on Bilsteins amongs a bunch of pro built NBs. Hasn't used any oil and leaks nothing so I've just changed the plugs, changed the oil and raced the dang thing.

Price drop (and optional bilstein price) - go racing!
This is a great TREC car as well - you can get your race license by competing in 3 TREC races.

That's an absolute screaming deal
In reply to calteg :
Thanks! I think so too! I'm pretty sure I could move it faster on the faceballs, but I was desperately trying to avoid dealing with that song and dance, but it may come down to it.
