First off its a 12 year old civic with 177,xxx miles so it's not perfect but it still looks nice and is a great daily driver. Has its share of dings and paint chips, mostly on the hood.
I am the 3rd owner and have had it approximately. 5 years.
Was my wife's daily up to 3 months ago, now it's mine and I'm just not a fan. More of a euro or classic American car guy.
In the last year or so it got Continental Extreme Contact tires(have approx.10,000 miles on them) , all new brake rotors, pads, soft lines, and rear calipers. New blower motor, headlights(originals were hazed but included), and cat back exhaust(little louder then stock but not obnoxious).
Battery and transmission oil changed 2 years ago.
A/C compressor and Windshield replaced 4 years ago.
Just inspected (good till 7/25) and oil was changed with synthetic ever 4,500 miles.
Have a set of 1 year old snow tires and and wheels with approx. 5000 miles on them that will be included for the right price.
GRM price is $7,500 cash. Got i listed on the book of faces for $8,500.
Car is located in Birdsboro PA 19508.

That would be a delightful updated daily and is conveniently local...but they are just holding their value too well for me.

My brother had one of these, was a decent sleeper daily compared to how many of the earlier ones that were a little more raw.
Been looking for one of these, seveal had shifting issues when pushed quickly into second or third. Any bad noises?
In reply to porschenut :
I have not had any issues with the trans. I will "push" it a bit tomorrow to see. It was my wife's daily for almost 5 years, I trade my mk7 GTI in 3 months ago in so she could something newer and 7 seater(honda pilot).
I really don't click with this car so I don't real drive it as aggressive as I did my mk7 or challenger.

Small world, I'm also in Birdsboro. We are near the center of the boro, up the hill from the fire station.
Good luck with the sale.
In reply to porschenut :
I drove it pretty hard this morning on country roads and interstate, no issues shifting hard in any gear.
In reply to Sonic :
Thanks.
I'm actually down the road in Robeson Twp, on Green Hills rd.
Did this generation come with an lsd?
In reply to HopmanJones :
