Moving to CA and not bringing this with us. It has been a great car - I bought it with 10k miles from forum member Harvey, and have been using it as a daily driver. Oil changed every 5k, new air and cabin filters at 25k, completely stock down to the tires, with the exception of WeatherTech mats. This is a fully loaded ST3 with full leather heated Recaros and a sunroof. Interior pictures to come.
Here's the tricky part - I have a loan on it, and I am flying back out to CA next week. If it doesn't sell within a few days I'm just going to sell it to CarMax, but I figured I'd see if anyone here wants one of these for a decent price.

I have interest! But I'm still in the "can't quite let go" phase with my mazda 6 wagon. And since would fill the same niche I wouldn't want to keep both. What's carmax offering, do you know yet?
I'm also curious to what CarMax would offer. What's the miles on it now?

CarMax says 15k. Which is fine for me, but a little crazy for a car with a window sticker that says almost 30k

Gone to CarMax. Which, as an aside, was by far the most painless car selling experience I've ever had. Took all of 20 minutes to walk out of there with a bank draft for the balance after they paid off the loan.
That's great. I'm kind of amazed they paid that much actually. Koons ford (one of the biggest ford discount dealerships online) sells new base STs for $16k plus fees and loaded ones like yours for around $24k plus fees. That seems like what you're up against and not the sticker price new.
Agreed. I thought that was more than reasonable. I'm sure I could have gotten 16-17 if I were patient and had the time to market it, but the lack of hassle was well worth it.
I admit I haven't paid any attention to prices on these but they do seem to have pretty significant discounts. Wonder if that's thanks to the RS.
