Well,  maybe it isn’t.  The guy spammed a bunch of cities,  which is a red flag,  but he just sent me the vin which jives with that car.   It needs engine work,  interior work,  and exterior cosmetics,  so maybe the price is pretty fair.  I’m going to pursue it a little further.
