I bought this from Garaithon about a month ago. I have had a bit of a priority shift since then.   

 

I have only  driven it about 75 miles since I bought it. It floats down the road great. I will link  the old threads below if you want to see the history on it.

I actually really like it still. We have just had some plans change about our priorities family wise. I sure didn't expect to be selling it so soon after buying it. 

Not your buyer, only things I have for trade are projects right now. I was wondering how you like the AR5 transmission. Does it feel good? 

I wish I vibed better with the B-body I owned for a while.  If I did, I'd be all over this.

I like the AR5 so far. For a truck transmission it shifts pretty good. The throws feel pretty long, but I think someone might make a short shifter. Or I could even get a shift lever from a solstice and it would be a lot shorter.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm keeping an eye out for one, unless I find a TR6060 for a good deal before then. Big cost difference, but might be more buy once cry once. Good luck with the sale!

I have an extra AR5 that I got from a junkyard a few years back if you are ever near Findlay Ohio I would probably sell it.

I'll be heading from PA to Wisconsin in September, might be able to scoop it up then. I'll try and remember and get in touch closer to then.

I reeeeeally wish I had a place I could put this.  It would be perfect for a Power Tour.

Yeah, I kind of want it for the engine, but I'd feel bad about tearing apart a running car.

Me too.  You did a great job converting it. 

I'm still shocked it lingers to sell.  It's exactly what everyone on here always claims to want:

• Wagon
• Powerful V8
• LS Swapped
• Three Pedals

This is an insanely good deal, and I wish I had room for it in my life. LY6 is pretty much THE engine to get, as far as iron-block LS stuff goes.

I think you are right on parting it out for more, but part of the realization of why I am selling it, is I really don't have much free time ha ha.
