I can smell the mouse pee from here.
Seems to be a solid built building and not full of stuff that mice like to make nests in? My friend had a car that sat for 28 years in a garage that was best described at keeping the leaves off the car and some of the rain. No mice. Maybe the dead cat we found under the car had something to do with that?
