That is a very cool car, but the issue is that you pretty much need a race license to run it anywhere. Hardly any track day provider will allow open wheelers to run, so you are pretty much restricted to some time trials organizations and full on club racing.
That's probably why his car is being sold fairly cheap. Also don't forget that open wheelers in general are not cheap to run.
Love it for the Martini livery alone.
Reserve not met. Trouble is Pilbeams were never imported ,nor were they ever built to SCCA rules. It is a total orphan in the states. Shame really, as they are brilliant cars if you are in the UK.
