I took it for a quick one mile drive today. Got it up to 50 mph. It'll be a nice car again with some wrenching, Cleaning and TLC.

Dunno if I mentioned this yet but I took a good look at it before going another route and the brown around the door handles is not rust, FYI. I guess it’s either brown paint or stain. I had the idea that it was in which case it looked like a big rust bucket, but it’s not- and for anyone north of the Mason Dixon line this is in great shape
Totally a great deal
In reply to P3PPY :
Factory sprayed beige around the door handles under the clear coat before applying woodgrain.
In reply to P3PPY & Patrick:
I think it's a brake line and $30 worth of vinyl wood grain away from being a pretty solid driver.
I honestly thought it would've sold to one of you weirdos at full asking price within a day or two of posting it. Now I'm down to the rock bottom price of $1000, and still no takers. Uuuughgh, it's looking like I'm going to have to push the TR4 out of the garage and fix the berkeleying brake line.
2 years ago me would have it here already. More disciplined 40 year old me is sticking to the no more (non flip or part for profit) cars until it's skyline time rule
Here's the offending line:
Note, just a few inches down from the rust thru spot, the line is perfectly intact:

This is how the line was repaired:
Look at how nice the rocker panel is here. This car is Northern, rust free.
Alright I couldn't buy the last wagon from you, but I don't think I can resist this one. Can we meet up tomorrow? I'll take it.

Same here! The scheming has already begun! I'll start a build thread once the "whale" lands.

Well, another Supercharged Jaaaag of course
Smart move to have a spare for when one breaks down.
