4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath with office and large whirlpool tub spa for SWMBO. Pool, hot tub, and big deck for outdoor entertaining.

Too much house for me, but the right amount of garage! Great price considering what that amount will (or rather won't) buy you here in metro DC.
