It's actually a home kit you can do in your garage, designed by Berkeley Engineering.  Not kidding.  I would look hard at Toyman't jet drive build and try to free up some aft deck space.

So help me if my wife sees that.

I feel your pain.   If I didn't have four cars, two motorcycles and a bunch of junk in my garage, you guys would not have seen the ad.  The boat could be built in 2010 for about $10,000 but with the price of lumber now, Oy!

I saw an update to this thread and almost made the mistake of opening it as the wife walked by.  Luckily we are going to pick up a different old boat this weekend. Hopefully that solves the boat desire issue for a little while.
