I have my 2007 Ford F-350 Diesel Quad Cab 4 Door Long Bed Diesel Super Duty up for sale. Has a brand new alternator with a lifetime warranty, brand new rear end, newer oil cooler, filters, and up to date fluid changes.

I change the oil every 5k miles with Rotella T and changed the coolant last spring and last fall. Last Summer I took two long trips. One to Georgia and one to North Carolina. Last fall I drove it to Ohio. Last weekend I drove up to Wisconsin. Includes a stack of maintenance receipts.

The truck runs good and has many more miles left in it. I'd happily take this on a road trip tomorrow.

Pretty clean, but not perfect. My tail gate was stolen, so I replaced it with a scratched up tan gate. I tried wrapping that tailgate silver, but did it on a windy day. Wraps are harder to do than it looks, the material shows the wrinkles up close. The bolsters on the drivers seat have some wear, so I have a seat cover. Just detailed by TLC, so it's 100% clean!

You didn't mention if this truck has been bullet-proofed- kind of important info on a 6.0L.

Any signs of rust?

How's the seat under that seat cover?

Close up shots of the rear fenders, bed supporys, cab corners and door bottoms ate always a good idea.

In reply to SVreX:

Generally if it has that many miles it has it done or is just OK. Not all of them are time bombs - just enough of them.

I'm with SVreX, it's bulletproofed or pass. They all fail from what I've read. This isn't like the 996 ims.

I never actually said whether I was on one side of the equation or the other. I just said it would be important info for the seller to say whether his 6.0L had been bulletproofed. To some folks it's good, to some folks it's bad.

My concern with one that has been "bulletproofed" is that it is kinda hard to prove it's been done well, so I would still be hesitant to pay top dollar.

True.

Doing it right is a big deal and cost $4000+ and you have to pull the cab. I have heard of guys taking one bolt out at a time on the heads and replacing it. That doesn't give you the cometic gaskets or assure that it is right.
