In reply to bravenrace:
There was minor (very minor IIRC) in the typical honda locations (rocker and rear quaarter). He cleaned, filled and painted after he got it down to bare metal again.

If we buy the car, will you teach us to fist pump like a pro at the end of our runs?

Just a tiny bit. I repainted the car myself and there was a softball sized hole in the lower rocker just in front of the rear wheel. I cut out the cancer, treated the area and patched it. That was the extent of any real rust on the car, and you won't notice the patch unless you are looking for it. When I painted the car I completely stripped it and that was the only major patch job done. I was surprised how little rust there was on it. It now lives in a well insulated garage.
Full disclosure -- It's a 25 year old body that isn't perfect (surprise!). The right rear quarter panel is slightly wrinkled and has been massaged back to "garage straight". There is a dent on the passenger lower rocker panel just behind the front wheel. All things aren't noticeable unless you are really looking for them. There are a couple small hail dents from when the P/O had it outside in a surprise hail storm.
It will pass a 30ft at 30mph test, and I get tons of compliments on how good it looks when I drive it around.
Here is a pic of when I repainted the car and the offending area. You can't really see the hole, but this is part of the work I did:

Nah, it gets cancelled out thanks to the "Room of Donks" at WoW.
