If I ever take the time to "tighten up" a couple of things on my 97 BMW F650 (BMW's answer to th e KLR 650), I was planning on asking around that. My "financial manager" won't let me buy another bike ( want another BMW K75s), but I'd trade for Bronco,and sell another toy for the K75! If you interested, I'll even ride the bike up that way for ya to check it out.
Hmmm, that would require a quick sale of the Buell Blast as I'm borrowing money from the bank of dad to get this Envoy tomorrow and supposed to use the Bronco money to pay that off. But if i could get easy money from the Blast i could probably squeeze out enough to settle the debt. And i would LOVE a better version of the KLR650 i once had.
I could throw a blast parts bike in the deal. Or might be interested in the blast, but not sure I could get that past the smarter one in the family!!!
Although it sorta a BMW, it def. didn't achieve "better" than the Kaw! Its a Rotax thumper, built by Aprilia to BMW specs! BMW added twin carbs/exhaust, and different cam timing, and roundel badges to the Aprillia model. Not worth much off road, but turned out to be an EXCELLENT commuter bike! There are off-road upgrades, but the later models are much better, and still a compromise off road.
Can't BELIEVE this is still on here. Such a cool truck to shelter-in-place off-roading.
What's the closest airport to you? Seriously considering a fly-and-drive.
He's traveling today, but he's near Montgomery, and there is a big airport on west side of town. Atlanta is about 2 - 2 1/2 hr away (I-85 straight shot)

Montgomery has an airport, ill pick you up if you decide to come get it.

By no means hold it for me, unless ya really want the Beamer. (prolly didn't spell that right but BIMMER's have 4 wheels!) My wife would not aprove of the trade, but as long as I don't spend any of "our" money, she lets me do whatever I want! Trades are good even if she don't like the plan. ( I'm very blessed)

So far so good. It's not perfect but its nice and i like it. Its no Bronco tho. I'd love the f650, but i need cash more than i need a second bike. If we can find someone that wants my Buell Blast the trade could work, but my first priority is pay off the new truck, thus the sale of the Bronco.
Absolutely. Tell us more about the Blast! I bought a cheap one to ride to work while out in TX; it had the low seat, and pushed the boy's up into the tank WAY too much. Other than that it was a ... wait for it... "blast" to ride.
Very fun. i started modding it for a different seat, project creep took over - still in parts.
I have roughly $1000 in the Blast. Its a carb rejet away from being reasonably quick, as i built a lighter, free flowing exhaust for it. Around 10k in miles.
PS, i have the low and tall seat for mine, both in good shape.
