I thought i'd see some of these cars passing by the shop here in Thurmont.
I would love the CBX but probably out of my price range and i probably shouldnt be buying a motorcycle right now.
He needed everything sold by last weekend. I wonder if he had any luck selling them. And why such a short notice to sell so many cars.

Based on the dates, I wonder if there was a closing on the sale of property yesterday/today?
Id like that Ford 1100 if it runs (or at least rolls enough to get on a trailer). I really want a sub compact like that and don't have sub compact like that money but I am pretty handy.

That was what I assumed as he mentioned going to Hawaii, so it sounded like he was selling and clearing the property of all his toys and projects. Why not have an auction or something else as there is no way any of this sold by Sunday, just strange all around.
Weirdly, though, there was a paucity of photos and descriptions. Lots of people stepped in to try to help and none were successful. Sounds like the guy didn't return emails/messages either. I fundamentally do not understand the combination of urgency and the haphazard and lackadaiscal approach to moving property!
Guys, this discussion isn't really helpful and may not be seen as positive. Lets pump the brakes on it.
I have been told that since the Sunday due date passed that some of the stuff is being moved to a location up the road in Waynesboro.
Tractors gone. Plane is gone. Mustang, M5, S2, gone. Now I have 2 Aircooled 911s to sell. We're out of state on a slow trip back up with a diesel pusher i bought.
The 87 911 was set up as a renegade hybrid. It currently has a 997 trans, k20a2 set up.for a turbo, but ot no turbo, nor ecu, and so on. Mostly stock suspension but rear adjustable plate. Stock brakes. Has a rudimentary top, dash pad, door panels and steering wheel.
In reply to Docwemple :
What does "rudimentary top" mean?
Is this a coupe, Targa or Cabriolet?
Can you post some photos?
Thank you.
In reply to Woody (Forum Supportum) :
Rudimentary top means it mostly keeps the rain out and is just the outer skin. No insulation and no headliner.
Still have the 81 CBX and the 74 CB 750K, and some projects. May also sell my 03 R1150gs if it doesn't fit. Also have the 20'
