The wheel and tire package goes a long way to making this not just any VW kit car. The beam sticking out also looks very old tech. Then again, the VW front suspension comes from before 1939!
I feel like this has been for sale before, but maybe a year or two ago and for a similar price. Maybe someone bought it and then after two years decided they weren't going to get to it.
