I want it, but won't end up buying it. Somebody should either buy this or check it out and tell me it's terrible. Then I can stop thinking about it.

salvage title is next to worthless in MO for the hassle to get a regular title again. presumably someone from one of the surrounding states could make hay out of it though

Or, y'know, someone could buy it and drive the wheels off of it.  That's the cheapest usable S2K I've seen in quite a while.

Didn't a lot of these get salvage titles from a ripped roof and stolen seats?  Totaled but not wrecked.

Make hay = "make good use of an opportunity while it lasts."

I TOTALLY agree that someone should get that and drive it. I'm just saying it may not be worth it for a Missourian.

The process for a rebuilt title in Missouri is pretty straight forward.  I've owned a bunch of "Prior Salvage" vehicles.  It's just some extra paperwork and one additional physical inspection with the highway patrol.

There is a decent chance this one is a prior salvage/rebuilt title.  A lot of owners don't know that Salvage and Prior Salvage are two very different things in Missouri.
