That's a testament... to just how poorly they were built. I've never seen one in as good of condition, and none I've ever seen in person, had that many miles on them, before being set aside to deteriorate!
That one looks to be very well kept... and it's still falling apart!

No I'm not really. I found another EV I like but couldn't get the deal done and now I don't think a Citicar will do what I want from it. Thanks though.
