Way too small unless you want massive fender flares and a stretched wheelbase. Not that I'm saying there's anything wrong with that.
Looks like a good start if you want to build a Skank and Gutterboy Wraith tribute car...
A few thoughts since I own one of these...
It is a 1965, not a '66 (Wraith car) as listed.
It would, if properly sorted, be faster than any P71 I've ever been in. These are easy to get to 10#/hp. This one might have even been a Formula S version.
That is a really solid example for that price. Wish it was closer. Maybe EastCoastMojo needs another one?
Was there one at a Challenge? That would be cool, I've thought about building one for that.

I don't think there has ever been a first generation Barracuda at the challenge. A 1969 Barracuda competed from 2004-2006, though.

Hmmm. How do you start a budget for a car that was free...? (Rhetorical, just musing)
I am not the biggest fan of most american/muscle car type things but, I freaking love first gen barracudas.

I have zero firsthand experience & assumed the glass was wildly expensive. I did see somewhere else here GRM that the glass is actually not that expensive...lots of people saved the glass assuming it'd be priceless. Ebay has glass for $400. To clarify, I'm not responding to make a point...I'm responding in case pricey glass replacement might scare someone away from buying one of these.
Valuable glass or not, that still looks like a good price for a 60's Mopar these days. Granted, they aren't the most desirable cars ever made.
These Barracudas are weird. They are worth exactly however much money you sink into them. That one is worth about $1500-2000 in parts. Add a drivetrain, it goes up by that amount. Do bodywork, add that amount. They sell for $1500-$25,000. Not really different than other cars, I guess, just seems weird to me, and makes it hard to justify fixing mine up. They were free, and worth every penny.
