Hey GRMers, I'm looking for an LR3 HSE to take me on adventures here in California. The truck will get a 2.5" lift, 32" tires for offroading, a hitch for carrying my KTM to races, and hopefully a roof rack for overland trips.
Unfortunately, these trucks have been frustratingly difficult to find around the Bay area. I've spoken to basically every current seller in the Bay and they typically don't know anything about the vehicle, and have used it as an appliance. I've test driven a few without working electronics, bad air suspension etc. I'm comfortable replacing things on the truck if the price reflects the need for repairs, but all the buyers I've spoken with (including those sketchy used dealers) have had a fixed price mentality since nothing is currently broken or falling off.

Ideally located in the western United States. I'm based in San Francisco and don't have time to drive it across country.
