Steve McQueen regularly drove this Shelby 289 Cobra from 1965 to 1967. He enjoyed the experience so much that he continued driving it for several months after the new owner bought it.

For reference, Hagerty currently values a 289 Cobra (with rack and pinion steering) at $790,000-$1,250,000 depending on condition–though I wouldn't be shocked if this one sold for more since McQueen's name is attached to it.
