Most vintage cars leak oil for 35 or more years and coat the underbody that way. Krown does it in an hour. Krown works well but is dirty and will seep to the surface through cracks etc... Then dust sticks to it. Many classic are kept clean (that is an understatement) and as such many of the benefits of oily undercoatings would be cleaned away. On a new car in Saltland city a car body should last 8 years without much rust damage. Regular Krown treatments should extend that beyond ten years without rust signs.

I'm a Tiger owner, but I've heard comments that the front crossmembers on Alpines rarely have rust issues because of the less than effective front seal on the crankshaft.

I can attest to Krown treatment extending the life of my daily drivers - to the point of having rust-free vehicles after 10 years in Ottawa - the capital of Road Salt (they apparently use more salt on the roads each winter than does Montreal).
I have not treated my Datsun - but have often thought it would be worth the $100.
I suggest that it would be harmless to your classic.
