In case you somehow have not yet heard, this years Mitty is going to be the biggest one we have ever done. Not only is Triumph the featured marque, but it is also hosting the Friends of Triumph Kastner Cup race. The already have 50 cars and drivers expected to be at the event.
Click here to see the list of Triumph cars and drivers.
If that were not enough, this years Mitty is also hosting a Vintage Triumph Register Regional meet with more than 100 Triumph street cars expected.
If you miss this years event you will definitely regret it. Fore more info and to buy tickets, go to themitty.com
The 250K is coming? Count me there!
We're bringing even more music - got a local bar band, HangOverture, performing Friday. Their lead guitarist drives a pretty wild 240Z, although it's not as crazy as the 250K by half...
We have made a bunch more progress on this event. For the latest, check theMitty.com. Bill Warner tells me he is bringing Group 44, Inc. crew chief Lanky Fousheee and the Group 44, Inc. TR-6.
Just bumping this to the top since the Mitty is this weekend. Check www.themitty.com for the latest, and hope to see you there.
Would love to se the 250K. Any TR8's there, or are they too modern?
There's at least two TR8s in our hotel parking lot.

Watched the 250K race yesterday and for being the only one being driven, Mr. Garmey drove the snot out of it. Easily won the race. Also saw some Triumph drivers who should really attend a Driver's School before getting on the track again.
The Triumph Corral featured some really nice cars. The TR250s as a group in particular were outstanding.

I agree, Tony's quite the hot shoe, he's also pretty good wrench. He runs a full service shop here in the PNW, http://www.horizonracing.com/ I batte with him often when he's racing his '62 Corvette or one of his clients Ferraris.
