3 Austin Seven Specials. It's amazing the no. and variations of these cars. Some still run the original flathead and some have very sophisticated twin cam heads with superchargers.

The special lightweight low drag Jaguar E type coupess did have moderate success against the Ferrari GTO's or Cobras on occassion.

Speaking of winning. I vote for the Lotus 79 JPS driven by Mario Andretti and featured at the entrance to the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu Abbey. It sure took my breath away!

I'd add the Maserati 450S, the Ferrari Testa Rossa, and the Mercedes 300 SLR.

Can't argue with any of these, except that Ford, but also add the Maserati 300s and I always liked the early curvy chaparral's.

...and I have a soft spot for the Lancia side pontoon cars, I think they're the D-50's? and of course the Stratos.

I assumed it was a modified E type. I don't think I had access to a definite ID for it.

Some one already posted the 88 McLaren Mp4/4 so here are some other awesome looking F1 cars

Jorden F191

Brabham BT52, I loved this as a 13 year old kid, it was like a rocket with wheels

Another BRabham the low line BT55 by Gordon Murry, not a success, but he used the same idea when he went to McLaren and did the MP4/4

The PRost and Mansell era Ferrari's by John Barnard the 640, 641 and 642

Benatton B191

Wolf WR1
