2.0 Zetec. Just replaced plugs and wires to clear a misfire code. The weird idle started maybe 500mi after that. It will drop down to about 600rpm surge up to 800-900, then repeat as long as it's at idle. Does this cold or warm. Very occasionally will drop low enough to die. I bumped the idle up with the set screw just to keep it from dying, now I have a P1506 CEL for "idle higher than desired," which I obviously caused. But that's the only code in the system.
Any thoughts?
