As someone whos never run a challenge or an autocross, some of these numbers really surprised me. Stock or close to dtock big, heavy cars laying down autocross numbers better than or close to miatas/mr2s, purpose built cars, and europas. The e46, e90, and taurus SHO autox number were particularly surprising/impressive.
I really really want to come this year, but i just cant figure out a good way to get there and cant get time off work. I hope to cut class and join you guys next year once im at college on the east coast.

I am looking forward to the challenge this year (last year was my first) more than any of the actual wheel to wheel racing I have done in the last few years
If you want to see incredible ingenuity on display, the $2000 Challenge certainly doesn't disappoint.
