Door:
www.car-parts.com says that these guys have a year 2000 white rear pass door in Traverse City for $85
www.edmunds.com says that the only white offered in 2000 and 2002 was Aspen White Pearl so the door should match without paint work.

Nissan Sentra Spec V 17" stock wheels are a nice upgrade for these. I also think the ebay 2.5" headers are also a good fit for any sr20 engines.
I didnt want to be the first to say it but i could fix that door with a block of wood and a hammer.
So i agree with mrhappy.
I wouldnt pay more than 250-300 a set for used stock wheels unless they are rare or come with nice tires. Because any more than that and you SHOULD just buy aftermarket. Don't encourage all the idiots out there that think they can get more than $300 for a set of common, stock wheels.
I don't believe the original owners story about the door handle. It looks like someone stuck a pry bar in there and tried to get into the car.
I'd replace it.
That could still be fixed at home if you wanted. Pliers to get you in the ballpark, and then sand and fill. Is your first try gonna look pro-level? Very doubtful. Will you learn something valuable that will make your next attempt even better? Almost certainly.
I've backed enough open doors into immobile objects to believe they had the door open and backed into something. Oh, and bend it back with pliers, apply bondo, paint with rattlecan. Replace the door someday when you get a chance.
How much did you get the car for?
Good luck on the build, I'm definitely curious what's in store for it.
