The shop is now open for accepting entries for the Grassroots Motorsports $2014 Challenge. The entry form and vehicle information forms are on the event page link provided.

Once we start receiving entires, I would like to start posting updates on the event page of who is entered and what kind of car they will have. Maybe even some photos would be cool to!
I will be there, no sure what I will bring yet
I've heard rumors of Andrew bringing something Japanese....
Lol that would be "unexpected"

He's already brought a Datsun
Hes got German, English and Italian covered too.
How quickly we forget
Andrew has something Japanese?
Let's just say he bought all of our Miata stuff at Carlisle.

I will be there with my high school car, 79 Malibu
So far we still plan on bringing the AMC spirit but we haven’t even started working on it. Not worried yet since we still have plenty of months left to procrastinate.
Either a 82 Corolla or a 2000 LS . . .
Challenge newbie, as long as it still runs bringing a 95 camaro, mullet mobile.
Rubbing is racing right?

We need to find a Peugeot to send out to York.

You should know by know with the Nelsons it doesn't necessarily mean it's going back on a Miata.

I have that weekend off, but it's between paycheck periods.... I'll see what I can scrounge up and try to make it, although I won't be bringing anything.

Maybe. I might just fly in and back for the weekend, not sure if I can afford to take too much more time off, still have to go deer hunting in Nebraska about a month after this takes place.
I finally managed to pick up another challenge car to replace the one SWMBO appropriated from me but she has since broke her foot and cannot work. Money is tight. Probably not bringing project MR2(00). I had hoped to make this my virgin-popping event, maybe next year!

Thought you weren't able too this year. Glad you're coming out. Bring something 'merican with a V8. We'll have mullet vs. mullet round 2....

Following that rational....we went to the GM National at Carlisle on Saturday and bought a roll bar for $40, BBC intake, LT-1 wiring harness $50 and T-chain, new slicks, torque arm bushing,Vega steering box and Pitman arm for $10, Fuel cell and 6 fittings for $35.......or the Ford Nats at Carlisle where we bought a rebuilt Blower....or Maple Grove where we....speculating is futile...those who visited know....and Tommy, if you want to know, the welcome mats is out :-)

Japanese, Italian, Swedish, German....all properly powered...5 Studebakers, a Henry J, a Pontiac, Chevelle, Camaro, Nova, Monza, 1947 Ford, 1939 Plymounth, 1928 Chevy, 1929 Chevy.... Hmmm, I wonder if it's just cars in general....
Right on schedule! Might run again sometime.
No entry this year, may spectate, though.
I'll be there.... knitting a hat and collecting drag time slips. Next year I'll knit a car
