Interesting. Nissan's product line largely revolves around their V6 while Mazda goes for lighter weight and 4-bangers. It's a strong contrast in approaches. I hope that there's enough people who appreciate the small-bore approach to keep Mazda going. Whenever I see this approach I think Lotus, and wonder what Chapman would have done if he wasn't so wedded to the lightweight/small displacement approach.
