I'm not sure how, but one of the plastic receivers on our cargo cover broke off and disappeared. The trim dowel it sits on snapped off too though I read about another owner who repurposed a bolt for that purpose.

Based on these pictures, could a new receiver be 3D printed? It doesn't appear that Jaguar sells it standalone and a new cargo cover is ~$700, which isn't happening.

Pop the remaining one off, have it scanned, mirrored and 3D print both sides to your hearts desire.  You could probably find a college aged engineer to do this for you for a whole lot less than $700.

I managed to get the cover off the remaining receiver. It seems to be permanently attached to the cargo cover. :(

Are there any wrecking yards in your area that may have that model? My guess is that the rear hatch is the same across some or all model years, making it somewhat easier to locate. FWIW, I have the same year car.

I checked car-part.com nationally and it seems there is not a cargo cover anywhere in the US.

In reply to dyintorace :

It's a plastic rivet.  It's not permanent.  And the rivets on the missing side failed.
