B.I.L.'s "new" truck started having issues with the parking switch on the column. He could manually trip the button and get the truck in park and be good to go. He ordered a replacement sensor and waited to have time to install it
Today it won't go into park at all. He replaced the sensor and got nothing. Shift lever won't go into park, key won't come out, etc etc.
Light googling has anywhere from 5-10 "common" causes, some of them sound fairly off the wall. Anyone know of ones that we can check that dont involve possibly splicing new wiring into the harness?
