My 5 yr old daughter did the Michigan Midget Racing Association's driving experience today! 10 laps in a 1/4 Midget on the 1/20th mile oval at Oakland County Sportsman Club (same location as Waterford Hills Raceway). She did great! She had fun and I think she wants to do it again but I'm going to let her tell me when. It's a slippery slope if she starts wanting to race! I'm hoping this planted a seed that will bloom sometime in the future.
So cool.
Now, get her a national title before age 15 and she'll have a shot at the pro leagues. Ha.
LOL! I think I saw a HAAS scout in the stands....
Start saving your money.....I've seen the rigs that show up for the race weekends there......
