Nothing really, as his point is flawed. He would probably be appalled to know that the 13" PBR brakes from the 99-04 svt cobra are a bolt on upgrade for any ford taurus built between 1994-2007....
Seriously, you guys are complaining about a $75k Z/28 and saying it costs as much as two houses? US median price for a house is closer to $190k. Compare the two $75k houses to a used 2002 Camaro instead.
BTW, the Camaro is a Chevrolet. Which means that MSRP isn't real. I saw a newspaper ad in late December advertising a brand new Z/28 for $56,995. $15k in factory rebates. For that price, I don't think you'd lose money to depreciation. Future classic right there.
