So as not to threadjack the post about the Audi that inspired me I'll make my own. My 944 leaks into the car at both rear corners of the sunroof. I believe the drains are clear but I'm not 100% sure that they're hooked up. I did peel the headliner back and check the driver's side drain and i'm pretty sure it is hooked up but it still leaks on that side. I haven't checked the passenger side yet but will this week. Am I just looking at new sunroof seals, or am I missing something?

use some compressed air to blow out the drain holes first. the drain tubes will run from sunroof frame, then down and back hugging the rear wheel wells, exiting aft of the wells into the "cubbys" in the rear quarters, then out through holes drilled there. if their connected at the top, there may be a blockage lower on and the water is back flowing upwards. if thats not it, the inner or outer sunroof seal is failing.

You can use a piano wire or bicycle brake cable to carefully poke through the drain tubes to clear them completely.

Then check your sunroof seal and make sure it hasn't collapsed over time.
