I saw this on Facebook today and had to post this here since I know lots of us are fans of the actor and the movie they are redoing you could say. And yes I ordered it right away and can not wait to see it for sure.
Nice.
My angry wife not excited - she said the first movie was stupid. I find this out after 34 years of marriage? Sheesh.
It looks like a blast, my mother could not stand the idea of remaking the bandit movie if it did not have Burt in it. Then again Reed and Burt are both dead and this looks like a fun tribute to them.
Pretty sure I have seen that four or five times.
Not saying I won't watch it again though even though I will be channeling burt and Sally the whole time.
A T-top Challenger?
Schneider has a YouTube channel. Seems like a nice feller but does rely on his Dukes past to stay relevant. You can get the DVD here: John Schneider studios
I don't hate this? Interesting choice for buford.....he used to be a professional wrestler under the name Brodus clay.

Mebbe she was just jealous of Daisy Duke.

Thanks! I am so desperate for any type of car movie. I just don't care anymore. I want a batman movie where it's two hours of whoever plays batman to just drive the batmobile. With that said, I am done with the f and f movies. I"m
not that desperate.
I'll pass. I'd be on board but flying the confederate battle flag like that at this point is just tacky.
I will say I watched the movie. It was cheesy for sure with a cheap budget. It was still fun to watch how they did some things and made comments about the movie they were based on for sure. It's not for everyone for sure. My mother watched it and was put off by the trailer. But she did like it though which is saying something at least.
I don't get it. I feel like I just watched a compilation of clips from every Bandit/Hazard/Cannonball franchise from the 70s with a car that was a simultaneous tribute to all of them.
I wonder if they looked at a map for this version?
As a native Arkansan, I always chuckle and shake my head when they talk about going through Fayetteville to get to Texarkana from Atlanta, in the Reynolds version. Easily added 450+ miles to their trip.
