Sorry if this is a repost but I came across this and thought it was pretty damn cool. Expensive, but cool. I can't tell you how many times this would have come in handy.
Looks like it was designed for E36 M3s and giggles by the stance crowd, but ended up actually being a good idea.

I want an old COE cab on an Eldorado power train with one of these as the back half

The Olds Toronado has already been used for such goodness. Think GM motorhome.
Cool idea. Crackhead price.
Downside, you have to crawl in through a window to get the car off, unless you leave it in neutral.
Fine for a race car but hard on show paint.

Is it a dumb idea to put the axles at the corners of the trailer so you can still open the doors? I'm guessing there would be excessive tire wear unless some of the wheels turn...
In the up position, it looks like there is better clearance.
There is also a cutout in the fender (which looks like a rock shoot to me) for the door.
So you raise it to get in, but how do you lower it remotely to get it off.. without help?

All the fancy stance kids have wireless controllers for their air setups.
AccuAir has an iLevel phone app now available.
I think Firestone even makes it's own standalone wireless module.
If you take a look at the website, it would answer most of the questions asked.
When the trailer is lifted back to it's standard height, you can open the doors even on that Lamborghini.
To raise it back up, you either need a second person or opt for the remote controls.
I don't love the price, but what I've seen from what brand new trailers cost, with what features this has, I don't think the price is too insane.
part of me is really curious if you could use rock crawler/ATV air shocks instead of bags... would greatly simplify things, just run the air line to the air fill port on the shock rather than to an airbag... seems like it would work essentially the same way and it puts the damping and the springing in the same unit...
I've seen rigs like that for transporting forklifts.
Rather than fiddle-berkeley around with all that extra stuff to go wrong on a trailer, why not just buy a rollback trailer:
Wouldn't it be cheaper to bag your silly low car so it will go on a normal trailer with the bags pumped up?

You could put a formula car on that trailer. It's not going to go up the rollback without taking the front wing off, and airbags aren't allowed by class rules. Open top formula cars also solve the "how do I open the doors" problem.
It's cool, but I don't see that it's worth the price for hauling a production-based car.

Lambo doors would solve that.

$5k more than my brand new made in Murica 24' enclosed trailer.

I have had a couple cars that would not make it up that ramp. Not saying that this type of trailer should replace everything but yeah I like the idea.
Same with storing it in the down position so that I can leave it in one of the parking bays and put a car that I drive a good bit on top with minimal issues.
In reply to wearymicrobe:
The storage idea had not crossed my mind. Good point. I have been looking into something similar to this for hauling motorcycles. Lots big, fat, cruisers get hauled nation wide all the time. Plus then you can have a good sized trailer that is both easy to load and doesn't scrape at every dip in the road.
I need to remove my front aero and spin the coilover perches up an inch or so to get my track car into a normal enclose trailer, even with long Race Ramps. I'd love to have a bagged trailer.
A Miata? Back it on the trailer.
That aint gonna work either is it... :^(
