Last week, I was lucky enough to be a part of the Lime Rock Open Shop Night at Automotive Restorations. Kent Bain was generous enough to open his doors and let us look around for a few hours. It was filled with amazing cars and they do incredible work. They also share space with The Panel Shop, and you may have seen the photos that I posted of their aluminum Corvette here:

Lotus Cortina for the win. An Alfa Romeo that isn't red?
What was the mid-engine open top blue car you listed as a BMW?
My god I want to live there. Also the number of plugs on the bugatti is ridiculous.

I'm not exactly sure. It was some kind of sportsracer. At least two sections of bodywork were removed.

Slumming thru the low rent neighborhoods? Wear protection..
Someone once said that you can't explain the difference between art and pornography, but i know it when I see it.
I am unsure of what I just looked at there.
Like the silver jaguar in the background of one of those photos.
I like the Ferrari Boxer more every time I see it.
What is the tiny little red coupe?

That was the Siata. I guess I only got photos of the engine and brakes.
I bet this guy could even make a Bi-turbo run.
Wow, awesome stuff there.

Very cool. Are the Turners rare? A local British car guy has a Mk III for sale for $22k.
Even the cheapest car there caught my eye. The Sunshine yellow MGB in one of the first shots. I love all of the old race cars too. Very nice stuff.
