Boats have surprisingly low resale value relative to "new" cost. Used boats can have a lot more expensive problems than used cars could ever have.

Also the brand makes a big difference, as well as the engines. A Wellcraft that size with twin diesels is probably worth twice what a Bayliner in that size with twin gassers is. Since there's no information, who knows. I'd guess the boat is maybe worth $30k just offhand.

The early vipers would fetch 50k between the two, wouldn't they?

It's probably worth it provided there are no title issues.

Each of the vipers are 20-25K each. The one red rolls is probably 15-30K and the other one 10-25K. BMW is worthless IMHO. The silver Mercedes 5-8K. The limo is a wild card. Hard to value and hard to move. Same for the boat. I'm not sure on the bikes and the fake ferrari. If you have some time I'm sure you could clear 25-50K depending on the condition.

The owner of the phone number on the limo does have a couple drug charges so you may get a surprise when cleaning out the cars.

1.) The dude's dissolving assets before a government raid.

2.) Dude's getting divorced and is trying to devalue himself (this is a lot like 1 I suppose)

3.) The dude was trying to start an exotic vehicle business, but got in way too much debt before the doors opened.

My bet is on 1 or 2. The fact that it needs to be gone "all at once" makes me very suspicious.

I would bet on number 1.
