I have found a parts bike for my junk BMW K bike, at a price I can't refuse, but it's on the opposite coast from me. If it's as good as the owner implies, it's probably worth shipping, but I'd love to have a CA contact to help. I know we have folks out there, but CA covers a LOT of area!
Between that and traffic, I know I could be asking a lot, but if it's nearby, I would love an assist.

Thanks! If I can work the shipping thing out cheap, I'll probably end up just buying it as a parts bike; at parts bike price, it should work out. Texting with the guy, he seems ok. We'll see, and keep ya updated.
