Talk about amusing. After repeated un-answered e-mails, and still no tracking info, I called my bank to dispute the charge. Then I tracked down a local guy to do the numbers. Local guy said he's going away for a few days, come back next week, seems like a good guy.
I get home from work, and have tracking info from the original order finally. So had to call the bank and un-dispute the charge (for now, we'll see what arrives). Will have to get in touch with the local guy, since I won't need the numbers. He wasn't making them yet, hadn't picked a font, but I have a few other things I'll have him make so that I'm not wasting his time.
