Hey. At least the welds appear to be too hot and terribly undercut stick welds instead of cold Harbor Freight flux core pigeon E36 M3 like all the homemade trailers around here.
I am just as worried about the integration with the frame. Those could be awesome welds but throw a 12k lbs wrench on that, do one pull, and you will have Indiana Jeep (I assume) cracking his steel whip.

My first Subaru arrived with a hitch. It was screwed into the plastic rear bumper with two lag screws. I have no idea what you could have actually attached to it without failure.
