I'm interested in becoming a small time dealer and wondering if Maryland requires you to have a dedicated sales lot, anyone know? Thanks!

Damn, thank you, guess I should have dug a little deeper. I just want to flip a few cars, I wish it were cheaper/easier...sigh...unless anyone knows someone who already has one setup and wants a partner maybe? yes

Unless its changed you can become a Wholesaler, no lot required but you will need an "office".

Good call! I wonder if there is a way around this--> "Wholesale dealers CANNOT sell vehicles to a retail customer.  They can ONLY sell vehicles to other dealers." sad
