I've scoured all the usual suspects & rental places, no one has a tig machine for rent. Advice???

Contact Brianne Corn at her shop and see if she has any leads. PM me and I can hunt down her contact info if you can't get it through conventional means. She's my Austin source for all things automotive.

Oh yeah, I had forgotten about her. Her place is by HHR, right?

I just talked to her brother at the shop and he can't get ahold of the one guy who might work. He said to get ahold of Dave Carapetyan. If you don't know Dave, you should. Multiple Pikes Peak winner and all that. Super cool guy and someone else in Austin you should know.

colvin auto

Do you want to take it home and weld, or just do something in a shop?

Colvin's tig is a bit big to easily cart home, but you could give them a try.

My brother's a mechanic there.

You'll need to log in to post.
